1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of danieldiyepriye.com and every purchase or reservation you make with African Luxury Group Limited ("we", "us", "the atelier"). By using the site or placing a reservation, you agree to them.

2. Who we are

African Luxury Group Limited, registered in England and Wales, Company Number 15591903, VAT registered. Registered office: Bethnal Green, London E2, United Kingdom. Contact: atelier@danieldiyepriye.com.

3. The pool-commit model

Every piece is opened as a run of ten. You commit £5 to hold your place. When ten patrons have committed to that run, the run opens — the balance of the retail price is charged to your card, and the atelier begins the make. The piece leaves London seven working days later, addressed to you.

If ten patrons do not commit to a run, your £5 is returned to your original payment method. No further charge is taken. You may commit to a future run when it opens.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT (currently 20%) where applicable
The £5 commit is charged immediately when you reserve your place
The retail balance is charged only when the tenth commit arrives
Payment is processed via Stripe or Shop Pay — we do not store card numbers
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund

5. Delivery

UK delivery is included; tracked, signature required
International shipping is calculated at checkout
Customs duties outside the UK are the recipient's responsibility
Delivery times begin from the day the run closes

6. Consumer rights and cancellation

Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers may cancel within 14 days of receipt. Our full 114-day atelier returns window exceeds the statutory minimum — see the refund policy.

Non-returnable: custom-monogrammed pieces, Nkari Custom Tags with an engraved name, and bespoke commissions once the make has begun.

7. Product accuracy

Small variations in natural leather grain, waxed finish and hand-embossing are inherent to hand-made pieces and are not defects.

8. Intellectual property

All designs, product names, images, photography, videos, copy, the Daniel Diyepriye name, and the puzzle-pattern motif are the intellectual property of African Luxury Group Limited. No content may be reproduced without written permission.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to transmit unlawful content, breach the site's security, scrape our data at scale, impersonate any person, or interfere with the site's normal operation.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing limits our liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under English law. Subject to that, our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the piece.
